Appearance: Tsuna has an impressively thick head of hair, coloured brown and usually tousled. His eyes are brown as well. He stands at 5'2 and is of an average weight for his height. He prefers to dress casually in hoodies and jeans, though he wears his school uniform when he's too lazy to change out of it or pick something out.
History: Despite being meant for great things, Tsuna had a very ordinary childhood. This is due to his special abilities being sealed off by the Ninth Boss of the Vongola Family when he was young. Though they are distantly related, Ninth was like a grandfather to him and wanted him to have a normal childhood. Unfortunately, doing so left Tsuna with no talents and no motivation to try to develop them.
Known as 'No Good Tsuna', Tsuna was a failure at many things. The only reason he attended school was to see his crush, Kyoko Sasagawa. Otherwise he would have dropped out and been a bum from middle school on. Not even his mother has hope for his future, though she does make an effort to try - when an advertisement for a live-in home tutor was mysteriously found in their mailbox, she hired the tutor sight unseen in the hopes that her son will benefit from this influence.
The home tutor turned out to be a man in the form of a baby known as Reborn. He is the best in the world at many things, and known under many different identities. He is one of the seven most powerful babies in the world. He was sent by the Vongola Family to unlock Tsuna's abilities and make him ready to take over as the Tenth head of the family.
Never was Tsuna was not consulted about whether or not he actually wants to take over. This is merely forced upon him by Reborn through hardcore training. For about a year, Tsuna's life was very chaotic but fairly harmless for the most part (though he would disagree about the harmless part!) His first taste of true danger was his friends and he versus a man named Mukuro Dokuro and his pack. This was a very hard fight and though they won in the end, it took a lot out of them.
He hoped for things to calm down after this but then would start the battle for inheritance. Tsuna's inheritance was challenged and seven guardians were picked out to protect him and the family:

Cloud Guardian: Kyoya Hibari
Lightning Guardian: Lambo
Storm Guardian: Hayato Gokudera
Rain Guardian: Takeshi Yamamoto

While Tsuna was very happy to let the issue go and not inherit, his friends were in danger and therefore he fought anyway. He and the guardians would win the fight. After this, life did not calm down, as then he was transported into the future and thrown into another fight: one to save the world.
Most of his guardians would join him in the future at various times. The first to join him would be Gokudera and then Yamamoto: his two best friends. This brought the three closer together and Tsuna learned how to depend on his guardians for his safety, but insisted they depend on him as well.
The night before the battle against the enemy, Tsuna is transported into another world, the one of Warehouse.
Personality: Though once wimpy and unmotivated, Tsuna has changed highly from what he used to be even one year ago. Through the events that have occured, Tsuna's developed into a responsible young man. He stands up for his beliefs and refuses to be swayed. However when it comes to other things he tends to go with the flow if forced. He does not want to be involved with the mafia but the antics of those around him sweep him along. The most important thing to him is the safety of his loved ones.
He is a reasonable boy surrounded by lots of nonsense. When something strange happens, he tends to overreact and depending on what happens, he has been known to get hysterical. Tsuna has especially bad luck and this affects a lot of how he goes through life. Though intelligent, he does very poorly at school and he has a lack of confidence in life. Though he has great potential, it's hard to work around his lack of motivation, forcing Reborn to put him in life or death situations to train him. He is uncomfortable with being a leader and the idea of being a mafia family, preferring to think of his companions as his friends.
Tsuna is very forgiving and kind. This shows in how he forgave Mukuro and accepted him into his inner circle despite the many bad things Mukuro had done to him. If you offer him an apology readily, and back it up with actions, then he offers you his hand in turn.
Special facts/special abilities about your character: Tsuna is capable of going into something called Dying Will Mode in one of three ways. If shot by a special bullet, if given a special kind of pill, or if he is highly motivated enough, he can do it without any special assistance. Dying Will Mode is when your physical body restraints are lifted and you can do many things that would otherwise be impossible. You are motivated by and obsessed with what you would regret if you were to die at that very moment, doing everything possible to solve it.
There are multiple forms of Dying Will Mode but at the moment, he is only capable of the base ability and Hyper Dying Will Mode. This is achievable by being hit with the Critism Shot (aka the Rebuke Bullet, a special bullet that if you are shot with it, you feel the rebukes of everyone you know.) or taking two of the Dying Will pills. Hyper Dying Will Mode is when your internal limiters are lifted, and when entering this mode, Tsuna's hyper intuition kicks into gear.
The Vongola Hyper Intution is passed down through generation by generation, and it is a form of extraordinary perception. Tsuna is slowly learning how to apply this outside of Hyper Dying Will Mode, as his senses become sharper and sharper he subconsciously develops the ability. Right now he is capable of sometimes knowing when people are lying, even if given no indication. He is also capable of sensing when a powerful person is near. At the moment, his ability has developed to the point that it presents itself as lucky guessing.
When in Hyper Dying Will Mode he can employ a technique known as Zero Point Breakthrough. This has multiple forms, and right now he can use both First Edition and Revised. In the Original Edition, you can create a form of ice that is highly compressed negative energy. It can only be melted by Dying Will flames. Flames are a form of energy and with the Revised Technique, he can absorb other peoples' flames as well as convert them into his own power.
Each person in the Reborn universe has dying will flames of various types running through their body. The types are known as follows: Lightning, Sun, Cloud, Storm, Rain and Mist. There is also a special quality known as Sky, which is the combination of all possible flames into one. Only very special people have the quality of Sky inside of them and Tsuna is one of these people. It is a sign of his birthright to head the Vongola Family.
As part of the possession of Sky Flame, Tsuna has an ability known as Harmony. This is a state of no contradiction and no flaws, a true peace of mind through which the balance of the whole is maintained. This is not easy to achieve and Tsuna is only able to use it in small spurts of a few seconds each. He uses this to strengthen his Zero Point Breakthrough and his X-Burner.
He is also capable of achieving a state known as Minus State, in which during battle he can rest his flames although it forces him to pass out. When he wakes up, he can achieve Dying Will mode again without any assistance.
Another ability he has is X-Burner. This is the creation of hard or soft flames out of his body, created through a shot out of his hands. He can use this in various ways although it is required for him to be wearing his X-Gloves to do so.
X-Gloves are one of his possessions. When not activated, they look like a simple form of mittens. But when activated they look like leather gloves. They enable him to use the X-Burner.
He has the ability to open up various Sky Boxes with his Sky Ring. A Box is a weapon of the future, a small box that when opened lets out contents that are fueled by your flames. These contents can vary widely from animals to weapons and other such things. Consequences of attempting to open a box and failing can also vary.
What is arriving with your character? Because he had been sleeping before arriving he does not possess all of his special items. He does have his Sky Ring on a chain around his neck. This is a ring that is passed down from Vongola Boss to Vongola Boss, an artifact that is part of the Tri-ni-set, a set of several items that were involved in the creation of the world. His Sky Ring is of the class of Vongola Rings.
He has his X-Gloves with him as well. He also has one singular box with him, the one containing his pet that is a representation of his Dying Will, a baby lion named Nuts. Nuts was let out of his box to sleep with Tsuna in his bed.
Tsuna possesses these three items because he always keeps his Sky Ring with him, and as for the other two, because he knew that they were about to battle and kept the most important items with him in case an invasion of their home base occured. It pays to be safer than sorry, after all.
Tsuna is wearing pajamas in the form of an oversized tshirt and boxers. He does not have shoes with him, just a pair of white socks.

1. First Person Writing Sample: Journal Entry Number One. Gokudera's told me to keep up a diary to keep track of everything that happens to us here! Diaries are kind of girly but I'll do it because it seems to be important for his comfort. He's kind of silly but that's okay.
The situation sure isn't silly, though. This is more dire than anything I've encountered so far, and I've encountered a lot. They say that time doesn't pass back home, but how is that even possible? Will everyone have to face the battle without us, or will it turn out okay? What if we're stuck here forever in some strange place? Will back home be frozen forever?!
I don't like this at all, and I don't think I ever will.
